Sales:

If a buyer is unsatisfied with a purchase of an art print,  giclee, canvas print, acrylic block, coffee mug or pillow for any reason it may be returned within 30 days of receipt to the artist for a full refund of the purchase price. Please contact me as soon as possible so that I can work with you to expedite your refund.

 

Shipping Original Paintings:

Original paintings sold will be shipped as soon as possible. The handling charge for unframed paintings is $25 plus shipping cost. Usually shipping will be by United States Postal Service, United Parcel Service or FedEx and the buyer will be contacted to receive the tracking number. Insurance during shipping is included based upon the cost of the artwork.

 

Damaged Original Painting:

If the original painting is damaged during shipment, it should be returned to the artist immediately, in original packaging, for a full refund of the purchase price. Contact me if this occurs, the buyer is entitled to a 20% discount on a replacement canvas print or art print of the original painting within 30 days.
